Front Desk Support Specialist

Independent Construction Services is seeking an experienced Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, responding to client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting clients, answering incoming phone calls, coordinating schedules and events, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through timely and friendly interactions
- Manage front desk operations to ensure seamless client experiences
- Address incoming client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Coordinate schedules and events to optimize team productivity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through effective filing systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or related fields
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Superior communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail to guarantee accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
