About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and other relevant health information.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you practice.
  • Health Certificate: Hold a current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Experience: One year of prior RN experience, preferably in pediatric care.
