In this position, you will play a crucial role within the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Support team, focusing on the issuance and management of security tokens. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting initial troubleshooting for security token requests.
  • Gathering detailed information on token-related issues for further analysis.
  • Efficiently distributing and overseeing security tokens across various locations.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to accurately report and resolve issues.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Providing insightful metrics regarding the token distribution process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

  • Expertise in Windows Operating Systems
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles
