Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Ambassador at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth parking experience, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance with entry/exit transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Traffic Control: Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
  • Parking Operations: Perform daily patrols to ensure the garage does not overfill available spaces, issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies, and control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Garage Manager or Operations.
  • Communication: Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, and relay information to Operations Manager.
  • Safety and Security: Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
