Role Summary: The Client Relationship Executive will provide outstanding support to our North American dealer network, fostering and enhancing partnerships with both existing and potential dealers through a relationship-driven management approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current accounts while identifying and establishing new accounts through effective planning and organization of daily activities.
  • Engage in regular communication and in-person meetings with existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver professional and timely communication to dealers regarding sales support, product information, quotes, warranty, and post-sale service, while recommending products tailored to the specific needs of dealers.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to discuss product usage, features, pricing, availability, and growth strategies with dealers.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries (sales quotes, service requests, warranty issues, etc.) with urgency, empathy, and accountability.
  • Oversee all aspects of order processing and management in collaboration with production leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, industry innovations, and competitor activities to inform strategic recommendations for Novae and our dealer network.
  • Provide training to dealer team members on selling, operating, and maintaining new equipment, effectively communicating our value proposition and updates on new features.
  • Work closely with leadership to negotiate dealer-specific agreements and sales incentives.
  • Supply leadership and cross-functional teams with real-time insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Participate actively in trade shows and conventions.
  • Coordinate internal projects for dealers across engineering, manufacturing, and accounting departments.
  • Assist in various other areas and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service aptitude with proven conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in negotiating outcomes that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with conducting and sharing market research.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% to 20% annually.
  • Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical to operate a sales vehicle while demonstrating products to dealers.
