Job Title: Merchandiser Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across various retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and growing sales for Premium clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores to place product on the floor
• Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need
• Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store
• Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions
• Display set up and maintenance for various products throughout the store
• Reset displays or product areas based on client needs
• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within Premium's field technology on your mobile device
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
• Represent Premium and Premium clients in retail stores within your assigned area

Requirements:

• Enjoy working independently in stores most of the time while building and maintaining relationships with store associates and managers
• Owning your stores and becoming the go-to Premium resource due to built relationships
• Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers, and Premium team members
• Leveraging support and sharing best practices with the merchandising team nationwide
• Contacting Premium's Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store
• Completing work within the provided timeframe
• Closely following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy
• Reporting work the same day it's completed
