Job Overview

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is a non-profit health consortium dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to all residents of Southeast Alaska.

About the Role

We are seeking highly-qualified, licensed Behavioral Health clinicians to provide clinical telehealth services at our Renton, Washington office.

This in-office, clinical telehealth position will primarily service adults in Southeast Alaska experiencing a broad spectrum of emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions to facilitate recovery and healing.
  • Candidates must have a solid foundation in trauma work as well as cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Licensed or become licensed as a social worker, marriage and family therapist, or professional counselor in Alaska within six (6) months of hire date.
  • Counseling experience with substance use disorders strongly preferred.

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Alaska State Board of Social Worker Examiners
  • Licensed Counselor - Alaska State Board of Professional Counselors
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - State of Alaska - Alaska State Board of Marital and Family Therapy
Benefits and Salary

This is a full-time benefited position with an estimated annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
