Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a Project Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for training companies' core teams on implementing our software. You will work with a wide range of owners, engineering and construction firms, utilizing your construction or engineering background to facilitate better decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with construction and engineering companies to implement and train our software suite
  • Understand and convey business processes, end-user roles, and assist our product and support teams to drive quality solutions and services
  • Collaborate with various InEight teams to ensure solution decisions align with our overall portfolio strategy
  • Provide feedback to our product manager/product owner to aid in creating and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Assist with product testing and defect resolution prior to product release and during hyper care
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and marketing communications regarding our products
  • Leverage your construction background to implement our products and help fast-track successful product adoption
  • Serve as an InEight spokesperson with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the construction/engineering industry
  • A background in estimating, project engineering, or construction project management is strongly preferred
  • Able to travel on a national level approximately 25%
  • Technology savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
  • Strong background in project estimating
  • Experience working in contract management, bid packaging, business management, document control, change management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience facilitating training face-to-face and online meetings using WebEx, Skype, or similar tools
  • Experience working with a wide range of professionals within an organization
  • Able to communicate well with teams and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
