We seek an exceptional Strategic Operations Advisor to join our team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a world-renowned institution dedicated to advancing cures and means of prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases.

About the Role:

This is a transformative leadership opportunity for a highly motivated and self-driven critical thinker who will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency within the Information Services department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience in healthcare operations to optimize service delivery and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct studies that require advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
  • Analyze complex data using advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to IT strategy and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the organization.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Information Services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
  • Proven ability to apply quantitative reasoning skills to approach complex problems systematically, breaking them down into manageable components, and applying logical reasoning to find solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Compensation and Benefits:

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $104,000 - $186,160 per year.
