Position Overview

As a Branch Operations Specialist, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures. Your role will involve:

  • Providing our clients with prompt and courteous service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Efficiently processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while maintaining accuracy and adhering to security protocols.
  • Identifying customer needs and promoting our financial products and services, making appropriate referrals to colleagues for comprehensive solutions.
  • Assisting in the training and guidance of teller operations to maintain high standards of customer service and operational integrity.
  • Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records of transactions to ensure financial accountability.
  • Supporting the maintenance of branch supplies and creating a professional atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a teller or cash handling role with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for travel between branch locations.
