Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Academy to design and implement effective physical training programs, mitigate injuries, and provide medical care when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement physical training programs to enhance athlete performance and reduce injury risk
  • Conduct medical evaluations and provide treatment for injuries and illnesses
  • Collaborate with Academy staff to ensure a safe and healthy training environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in athletic training and sports medicine

Requirements:

  • Conditioning and Strength Certified/Specialist (ACSM, Cooper Institute or equivalent)
  • At least two years of current, relevant experience
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to obtain top secret security clearance
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
