St. Anthony Healthcare and Rehab Center is seeking dedicated full-time, part-time, and PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for weekend day shifts. We invite compassionate individuals to become part of our geriatric and long-term care team.

As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
  • Set realistic, measurable short and long-term goals for patients, implementing interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
  • Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
  • Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure quality care.
  • Communicate vital patient information with assigned staff and across shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license.
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • One to three years of nursing experience in a relevant setting is preferred.
