Job Description:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide vital speech and language services to students in a school setting. As an SLP, you will conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant school meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and district policies.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid CT State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
