Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution for various initiatives throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicating project expectations and updates to clients.
  • Analyzing project plans and establishing requirements and standards.
  • Creating and managing comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaborating with the Project Team to deliver exceptional services.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team for seamless project transitions.
  • Working with Operations leadership to ensure resource availability for project success.
  • Scheduling meetings and identifying key participants for project completion.
  • Assigning and supervising daily tasks of technical staff to meet project goals.
  • Defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members.
  • Identifying changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with appropriate verification methods.
  • Measuring project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving client-related issues and requests.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT project management or related client management roles, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire project lifecycle effectively.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with effective cross-functional communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, including confidentiality and respect for others.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Office Suite Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Critical and creative thinker contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
