Position Summary

Sales Associate

Power Wellness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate. This position is integral to enhancing our members' experience and promoting our health and fitness services. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, your daily activities will include:

  • Conducting tours for potential members and motivating them to embark on their fitness journey.
  • Engaging with prospective members through calls and emails.
  • Collaborating with local businesses to promote memberships and services.
  • Assisting members in accessing the services that will enhance their fitness experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospective and current members in our client management system.
  • Participating in fitness activities, whether through personal workouts or classes.
  • Welcoming members and colleagues with a positive demeanor.
  • Supporting team efforts wherever necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, marketing, and client engagement are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and presentation skills are required.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to operational hours is important.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a competitive base salary complemented by commission opportunities, allowing for performance-based earnings.
