Job Summary

This role requires a skilled Registered Nurse to provide dialysis care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The successful candidate will work independently to supervise dialysis technicians, coordinate care with SNF staff, and provide education sessions for patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD), with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and meeting capacity and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct dialysis technicians to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Partner with SNF staff to coordinate care and develop comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Provide education sessions for patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $48.43 per hour, based on location and experience. In addition to a base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
