  • Lead by example and maintain a positive culture linked to the corporate culture.
  • Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
  • Establish a positive doctor-patient relationship and utilize technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Maintain State Licensure in good standing and practice to the full scope of that license.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry degree.
  • Commitment to quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid organizational skills.
