Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to join our team in our Neville Island Office. As a Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and handling data entry functions, receiving and processing invoices, and applying computer skills to reconcile shipping documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle data entry functions on a day-to-day basis
  • Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
  • Apply computer skills to reconcile bill of lading (BOL) and other shipping documents to data processing system
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills required as this position is expected to communicate with third party vendors and Company personnel
  • Assist the manager and other staff with paperwork and other clerical matters, as needed
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications/Required Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
