In this role, you will:
- Select appropriate assessments for clients and ensure timely completion of all necessary components for funding review.
- Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Prepare reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
- Utilize behavioral skills training to equip direct care staff with essential skills for client programs.
- Regularly monitor client progress through visual analysis and adjust programs as needed.
- Train and oversee behavior technicians in the application of ABA methodologies.
- Develop personalized programming tailored to the needs of clients and their caregivers.
We are in search of dedicated Certified Behavioral Analysts who possess:
- A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
Successful candidates will demonstrate integrity and adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA regulations, and company policies. Additionally, the ability to move swiftly between seated and standing positions, as well as the capacity to lift items up to 50 lbs. occasionally, is required.
