Patient Care Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Fort Mill Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will provide direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Provide individualized care to patients with diverse needs and conditions.
- Develop and implement patient care plans that address physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
Requirements:
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- PALS and ACLS certifications are required within the orientation period.
- ENPC, TNCC, CEN certifications are preferred.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
