  • Identify and report theft incidents and/or suspicious activity to management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of shortage reduction programs and processes.
  • Support store leadership in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or operations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor the store environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
