  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain advanced product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, and providing expert advice to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking produce products.
  • Store Operations: Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop produce associates, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills. Ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner. Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day, and work in a wet and cold environment.
