About this Role

As a Mammography Technician at TotalMed Staffing, you will perform breast imaging procedures to produce high-quality breast images. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure patient comfort and safety during mammograms, providing clear instructions and maintaining proper positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mammography examinations using specialized equipment to produce high-quality breast images.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures by providing clear instructions and maintaining proper positioning.
Assess images for clarity and accuracy, adjusting equipment settings as needed to obtain optimal results.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
Maintain patient records, document procedures, and adhere to regulatory requirements for quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

CMT and ARRT certifications
Two years of recent Mammography Technician experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills
