About the Job

In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating traffic flow, communicating with guests, and ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved. As a team leader, you will oversee daily operations, predict and communicate peak traffic periods, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate traffic flow to ensure efficient guest experience
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests regarding valet procedures and parking instructions
  • Monitor illegal parking and store vehicles accordingly
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading their vehicles
  • Collect and secure guest keys
  • Predict and communicate peak traffic periods and lot issues
  • Identify and arrange for extra support during extended wait times
  • Accurately tally and split the tip pool
  • Receive and process various forms of payment
  • Acknowledge and report daily revenue accurately
  • Determine currency and coin requirements and reorder as necessary
  • Operate, park, and retrieve all vehicles safely by adhering to traffic laws, facility policies, and pedestrian regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
