Job Summary:

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is seeking a Fire Protection Service Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties in support of our fire protection service operations.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7:00am – 4:00pm work hours
  • Responsibilities include preparing fire protection inspections, confirming customer information, managing customer data and billing information, and supporting office and field personnel with administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field a plus
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
