Job Description:
  • Organize and manage the inventory of fabricated parts and raw materials
  • Maintain accurate records through cycle counting
  • Transport manufactured parts between BME facilities
  • Operate company vehicles/trailers for supply pickup and delivery
  • Assist with chassis transfers between facilities
  • Stock, issue, and track equipment and supplies
  • Clean and improve back lot/yard areas
  • Maintain and inspect forklifts, trucks, and trailers daily
Requirements:

To be successful as a Material Handler, you will need:

  • A high school diploma
  • Safe operation of truck/trailer combinations
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory control procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lift, bend, push/pull, climb stairs, and stay on your feet for extended periods
  • A minimum of 45 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
  • Forklift experience is required
  • A can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing demands
  • The ability to follow through on tasks and projects accurately, timely, and completely
  • Proficient computer skills

This is a full-time permanent position located on site in Boise, Idaho. We offer excellent compensation and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
