Coastline Equipment is seeking a Rental Developer to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing and prospective rental clients to foster relationships.
- Act as an expert in product knowledge and application.
- Exhibit thorough understanding of departmental protocols and procedures.
- Facilitate the timely pick-up and delivery of rental equipment while routinely inspecting units in use.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers regarding their previous rentals.
- Maintain organized customer call lists.
- Complete and submit detailed call reports.
- Provide insightful market analysis regarding competitors.

Essential Qualifications:
- Familiarity with John Deere machinery and competitive products.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Exhibit a collaborative spirit with Sales, Service, and Rental teams.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to engage in phone conversations and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of safely climbing on and off machinery.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Proficient with office software and equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 25 due to insurance regulations.

- Demonstrate exemplary personal character, commitment, and organizational skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to drive and travel as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
