Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Crystal Clinic. As a key member of our Hand and Wrist Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers in the clinic setting, including rooming patients, taking medical histories, and completing thorough documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Prepare and administer injections, as well as assist with procedures such as the application and removal of casts and splints.
  • Provide patient education on durable medical equipment (DME) and ensure that patients are aware of any necessary follow-up appointment times and locations.
  • Assist with general maintenance of equipment, supplies, and exam rooms, including cleaning, sterilizing, and stocking.
  • Monitor and maintain front office equipment, order office supplies and orthopedic/medical equipment, and ensure that all clinical areas and exam rooms are clean and well-stocked.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a school of Practical Nursing.
  • Three to five years of experience in the field or profession, with prior front desk experience in a medical office preferred.
  • Current license to practice Practical Nursing in the State of Ohio and authorization to administer medications by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • BLS certification within three months of hire.
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, variable days, 8AM-4:30PM, part-time 32 hours per week.
