About the Role

ALUR, a pioneering mobile beauty services company, is seeking skilled and passionate Mobile Hair Stylists to join our team. As an ALUR Hair Stylist, you will have the unique opportunity to provide high-quality hair styling services to clients in the comfort of their homes, offices, or preferred locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Hair Styling Services
    • Perform a variety of superior hair styling services, including haircuts, coloring, blowouts, and updos.
  • Travel to Client Locations
    • Travel to client locations in your area to provide hair styling services.
  • Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene
    • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all services.
  • Offer Personalized Consultations
    • Offer personalized consultations to understand clients' hair preferences and styling needs.
  • Manage Appointments and Communication
    • Efficiently manage your appointments and maintain robust communication with clients.
Ideal Candidate
  • Certified Hair Stylist
    • Certified Hair Stylist with a valid state cosmetology license.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in professional hair styling.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Availability and Flexibility
    • Ability to travel within the designated service area.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Equipment and Tools
    • Must have a professional-grade hair styling kit and portable equipment.
Schedule and Requirements
  • Flexible Schedule
    • Flexible: You set your schedule.
  • Availability and Requirements
    • Availability for weekends and evenings may be necessary, depending on client requirements.
    • A valid Hair Stylist's or Cosmetology license.
    • All essential tools and equipment for hair styling services.
    • A portfolio showcasing your work.
    • A personal PayPal account for prompt receipt of payments after each service.
    • Pass a criminal background check.
