Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive risk oversight and strategic guidance to the Line of Business (LOB) regarding risk management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver board-level, executive, and management reporting on issue management and regulatory remediation.
2. Analyze diverse data sets to generate insightful commentary for senior leadership.
3. Contribute to the formulation of risk management protocols and standards.
4. Execute risk framework activities, including independent monitoring and evaluation of controls and risk management processes for the LOB.
5. Collaborate with business units to assess market trends and their implications on the portfolio, leveraging knowledge of stress testing relevant to various risk categories.
6. Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
7. Manage risk inquiries, oversee breach remediation, and provide effective risk challenges to frontline units.
8. Create risk management analyses, reports, and guidelines for risk limits by product type and transaction.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in issue management or governance/strategic reporting roles.
- Advanced knowledge of issue management reporting and processes.
- Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot tables/Charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and capability to work independently.
- Demonstrated personal initiative, urgency, and a desire for professional growth and increased responsibility.
- Proven skills in process design and project management.
