BECO Asset Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its team at 1200 Acqua Apartments in Petersburg, Virginia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including grounds keeping, light bulb replacement, and filter maintenance
  • Keep common areas clean and tidy, including dumpsters and pool areas
  • Assist in preparing vacant apartments for rental
  • Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner
  • Participate in on-call emergency services rotation
Requirements
  • Availability for night and weekend on-call duty
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Previous building maintenance experience preferred
  • Professional and courteous attitude when interacting with residents, coworkers, and the public
