At American Renal Associates, we are seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer dialysis treatments and ensure proper equipment function.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification as a Dialysis Technician or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic life support certification (BLS) required.
