Job Title: Acute Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective dialysis treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Administer dialysis treatments, monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and CPR certification.
  • Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of acute dialysis experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
