Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Club Attendant to join our team at The Landings Golf and Athletic Club. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our locker rooms, providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, and working effectively as a team with all departmental employees.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with a pleasant attitude and provide welcoming service
  • Inform membership of and promote all events sponsored by the Wellness department
  • Respond to members' and guests' questions and concerns professionally, promptly, and courteously
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, including sanitizing benches, countertops, bathroom stalls, and shower stalls
  • Assist members with locker rentals and report locking mechanism repairs
  • Vacuum locker rooms daily and clean mirrors in locker rooms and bathrooms as needed
  • Maintain organized, fully stocked amenities in locker rooms
  • Sanitize showers, lockers, and bathroom stalls between member use
  • Inspect locker rooms daily to ensure there are no malfunctions or imperfections
  • Report maintenance requests to leadership as needed
Requirements
  • Current CPR, AED, First Aid certification or ability to complete within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal/written instructions
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deploy resources effectively
Work Environment

The Club Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with members and guests on a regular basis. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service is essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
