Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards, restocking shelves, and participating in store recovery.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers and provide information on available services.
  • Support the sales floor by maintaining merchandise standards, processing merchandise, and participating in visual merchandising activities.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment by reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
