SimVentions, a 100% employee-owned business and one of Virginia's Best Places to Work, is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert Systems Analyst. As part of the NAVAIR team at the Pentagon, this role involves providing analysis support to PMA-281's Strike Planning and Execution Program Office for Tomahawk Weapon System development.

 

Security Clearance:

 

A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Candidates selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for classified information. US Citizenship is mandatory for clearance purposes.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• DoD Clearance Eligibility (US Citizenship Required)

• At least 8 years of experience with US Navy Tomahawk in strike planning and weapon employment

• Experience with operational squadrons, training squadrons, and test squadrons

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and advance Tomahawk program requirements

• Perform Tomahawk system and program analysis

• Collaborate with team members to create system and software requirements, scenarios, test tools, and associated documentation

 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

• Preference given to those with a Bachelor of Science in engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $126,000 - $175,000 USD.
