Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Windows and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier-2 or Tier-3 level O&M support for on-premises and cloud-based Windows and Linux environments.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in the implementation of IT projects.
  • Develop and implement network technologies and INFOSEC principles in an IT environment.
  • Participate in software development lifecycle activities using ITIL framework principles.
Requirements
  • Eight years of experience providing O&M support for similar scope and size environments.
  • Two years of experience leading a team of IT professionals.
  • Two years of experience understanding networking technologies and applying them in an IT environment.
  • Two years of experience applying INFOSEC principles to an IT environment.
  • Two years of experience participating in software development lifecycle activities.
  • Two years of experience using ITIL framework principles in an IT environment.
Desired Experience
  • Fifteen years of experience providing O&M support for similar scope and size environments.
  • Three years of experience in IT service delivery/design using ITIL framework principles.
  • One year of experience in enterprise storage solutions.
  • One year of experience in Systems Mapping.
  • One year of experience in building Strategic Roadmaps.
  • One year of experience in architecting an enterprise Windows environment.
  • One year of experience in a Linux environment.
Benefits

Venesco, LLC offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

$130,000 - $160,000 per annum (estimated).
