- Experience: 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, professional written and verbal communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to keep organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Additional Requirements: Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
