  • Take orders and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a server in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products, including seafood, beer, and cocktails (a plus)
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
