We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Professional to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Central Arkansas. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing various clinical laboratory tests and procedures.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent and full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and excellent patient care. As a Clinical Laboratory Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Performing various clinical laboratory tests and procedures
- Collecting and processing patient samples
- Analyzing test results and reporting them to physicians
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
You will work closely with our laboratory team to ensure that all tests are conducted efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you must have:
- A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Medical Laboratory Technologist
- MLT or MT/MLS ASCP Certification (preferably)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
