We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing services and medical management to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in our residential programs.

Mental health experience is a valuable asset. A NYS RN license, with a minimum of one year of clinical experience, is required. Experience in Human Services is highly desirable. Rotational beeper coverage is necessary to ensure the well-being of our residents.

This position provides support and nursing coverage to residences in various areas, promoting a home-like atmosphere and fostering personal relationships with those we care for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing services and medical management to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Participate in rotational beeper coverage to ensure 24/7 support

Requirements:

  • NYS Registered Nurse license
  • One year of clinical experience
  • Computer skills
