Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity programs, including risk assessment, policy development, and incident response plans.
  • Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Utilize tools such as SIEM, zplunk, arcsight, IDS, IAM, and Okta to monitor and analyze security events and incidents.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost parameters.
  • Lead cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees about information security and cyber threats.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity measures in all digital platforms.
  • Regularly review and update cybersecurity policies and procedures to keep up with the evolving threat landscape.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure security measures are functioning correctly and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience with SIEM, zplunk, arcsight, IDS, IAM, Okta, and project budget management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital security and cybersecurity project management.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certification is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Energy industry and related security regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
