Job Summary

Bisbee Honda is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for labor and parts, and ensure customers are informed of any changes or updates.
  • Conduct a thorough walk-around inspection to identify any issues or concerns, and communicate these findings to customers.
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, and communicate with customers to keep them informed of progress.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, and strive to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience in a dealership position preferred.
  • ASE certification and sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, and to maintain accurate records and reports.
