Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Surgical Administration team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor surgeries as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
