Job Description

C&C Complete Services is a leading provider of Disaster Restoration Services, specializing in revitalizing and restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, and other disasters. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role is essential in enhancing the quality of the project experience for our customers through exceptional communication and unmatched service. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other departments and office staff to complete projects, paperwork, and data entry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect progress and final payments from customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete projects and paperwork.
  • Complete project tracking reporting and maintain paperwork trails.
  • Perform general administrative work, including preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Provide quick and accurate responses to vendors, agents, and clients.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding the Team's work flow.
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and assist clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
