Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Service Team schedule, tracking and processing quotes, and providing timely support to our field teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers to ensure seamless job execution.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our teams and customers, while your organizational prowess will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
