Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor robotic systems deployed around client sites, focusing on North America from the Exotec Atlanta Control Center
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests regarding installed robotic systems
  • Collaborate with Maintenance team members and Control Center head to resolve complex technical issues
  • Report and escalate any issues affecting system reliability and customer service
Requirements
  • Prior experience in technical customer service or customer support roles, including comfort with handling escalations
  • Some exposure to warehousing, warehouse maintenance, or operations is desirable
  • High-level problem management and resolution skills, as well as flexibility with rotating shifts
