Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and ensure a smooth flow in the service drive, providing prompt and courteous service to all customers.

Compensation Structure

  • The Service Advisor position features a pay scale that includes a base hourly rate of $15.50. Additionally, there is a potential for production bonuses based on individual or team performance, with earnings that can vary significantly.
  • Motivated full-time sales personnel can expect to earn between $29,760 and $125,000+ annually, inclusive of base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
