Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Quality Supervisor for the 2nd Shift. This role is pivotal in overseeing and mentoring a team of Quality Assurance Technicians while managing the Plant's Quality Control and Assurance initiatives. The Quality Supervisor will ensure adherence to both internal and regulatory standards, conducting thorough inspections, audits, and validations across all aspects of quality performance, including:

  • Quality at the source
  • Raw materials
  • Production processes
  • Packaging
  • Distribution

Qualifications

Applicants must possess current or prior experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment. This experience is essential for maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.
