We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and expand relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, including policy delivery, endorsement processing, and response to client inquiries.
- Policy Review and Analysis: Review and analyze policy and coverage-related concerns, identifying coverage gaps, additional exposures, and underwriting issues.
- Business Development: Market policies as necessary and cross-sell where applicable.
- Proposal and Document Creation: Compile and create proposals, summaries, and additional documents as requested.
- New Business Development: Receive requests from prospective clients and provide new business quotations as needed.
- Relationship Building: Develop and foster quality relationships with clients, teammates, and carrier representatives.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.
- Insurance License: Property & Casualty insurance license, required.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience working with personal lines insurance products, required.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required.
