Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and expand relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, including policy delivery, endorsement processing, and response to client inquiries.
  • Policy Review and Analysis: Review and analyze policy and coverage-related concerns, identifying coverage gaps, additional exposures, and underwriting issues.
  • Business Development: Market policies as necessary and cross-sell where applicable.
  • Proposal and Document Creation: Compile and create proposals, summaries, and additional documents as requested.
  • New Business Development: Receive requests from prospective clients and provide new business quotations as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and foster quality relationships with clients, teammates, and carrier representatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Insurance License: Property & Casualty insurance license, required.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience working with personal lines insurance products, required.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required.
